MIAMI — Beginning in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl XLIV, fans will be able to cast their ballots via NFL.com and Superbowl.com.



The fan vote counts for roughly 20 percent, with on-site media members representing the other 80 percent.



That’s from NFL.com. What concerns me or makes me wonder the word “roughly.”



I hope it means that if fans do a name recognition thing and he’s not worthy, they NFL will reduce the weight of it a bit.
